Matt Bradley, Principal
Mr. Bradley has served as the principal at HMS since 2015. Prior to HMS, Mr. Bradley was the assistant principal at Highland Elementary. For 9 years, Mr. Bradley taught English Language Arts at Mount Vernon Middle School, Wapakoneta High School, and Wapakoneta Middle School respectively.

Lynn Thompson, Dean of Students
Ms. Thompson has served as a Dean of Students at Highland since 1997. Prior to coming to Highland, she served as a special education teacher with Danville schools.

Mrs. Jaynes has served as the school counselor at HMS since 2019. She previously served as a school counselor with River Valley Schools.
