To register a new student:
You must go to the District Office located behind the middle school.
You will need to provide the following documents:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Updated Shot Record
- Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc)
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Most recent grades or transcript if applicable
Once your student is officially enrolled please complete the forms on Final Forms.
