Matt Bradley, Principal
Mr. Bradley has served as the principal at HMS since 2015. Prior to HMS, Mr. Bradley was the assistant principal at Highland Elementary. For 9 years, Mr. Bradley taught English Language Arts at Mount Vernon Middle School, Wapakoneta High School, and Wapakoneta Middle School respectively. matt_b@hlsd.us
Chad Russell, Assistant Principal/AD
Mr. Russell has served as assistant principal at HMS since 2025. He also serves as HMS athletic director. Prior to becoming assistant principal, Mr. Russell taught STEM and Robotics at HMS from 2018-2025. He was also a teacher at North Union and Groveport, where he coached multiple sports as well. chad_r@hlsd.us
Brianne Jaynes, School Counselor
Ms. Jaynes has served as the school counselor at HMS since 2019. She previously served as a school counselor with River Valley Schools. brianne_j@hlsd.us
